Our Story

In 2009, four partners founded Packaging Partners with one goal in mind – to offer the widest possible range of products and exceptional customer service to provide complete packaging solutions for our customers. Today, we are a fast growing, innovative packaging company that manufactures custom protective packaging and supplies a full line of stock packaging products from six locations throughout the country.

Over the years, our partners witnessed firsthand how critical supplier relationships are in reducing packaging costs. Packaging Partners was established to push the boundaries of the customer-supplier relationship and maximize cost savings through a single, complete source. By developing strong relationships with our customers and a deep understanding of their businesses, we are able to identify areas where customers are overpaying, so we can provide cost saving alternatives.

Our custom packaging solutions are manufactured in our Lawrence, Massachusetts facility offering you greater control and faster lead times than off shore alternatives.

Our independent ownership allows us to be creative, responsive and focused on our customers rather than on restrictive corporate budgets and policies. We believe that empowering our sales, service and manufacturing teams leads to better relationships and better packaging solutions for our customers. We built our company around this goal with a cost structure and culture focused on our most important asset – our customers. Our philosophy is simple.
